This 80 sqm apartment, decorated by an interior architect, is reminiscent of a cabinet of curiosities and contains several original paintings purchased from art galleries.
There is no real kitchen, but a corner with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, and cutlery.
The 4 bedrooms have carefully made double beds with high-quality hotel linens. Wardrobes are available for you to store your personal belongings and feel at home.
Confort and art
Bedroom 1 features a double bed as well as a very comfortable sofa bed and a television with Netflix. Bedroom 4, which can also serve as a kitchen area, is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed and a second television with Netflix.
The 2 bathrooms are elegantly decorated and each has a shower and a toilet.
The amenities are complemented by a shared garden with a table and chairs where you can relax in the sun.
Q&A
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. However, we are flexible and can discuss arrangements for check-in and check-out times if needed.
Are pets allowed ?
We love animals, but unfortunately, for the sake of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Are towels provided ?
Yes, sheets and towels are provided, as well as kitchen towels.
Is smoking allowed in homes ?
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. However, we offer outdoor spaces where you can smoke comfortably.
Can I host house parties ?
No, please respect the houses and do not organize parties or gatherings in them.
Is cleaning included in the price ?
A cleaning fee is required for all reservations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations within 14 Days:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, no refund will be granted.
Reservations of 28 Days or Longer:
For reservations of 28 days or longer, please note that no refund will be granted, regardless of the cancellation date.
Will I receive an invoice ?
On request, we can send you an invoice by e-mail at the end of your stay.
